Your health and safety is of paramount importance to us. Having osteopathic treatment involves close physical contact which increases risk of exposure and transmission. We will continue to sanitise the room between each client. It is no longer a requirement to wear a face mask.

Up to 40-minute osteopathy treatment with Alison Waring on Monday and Friday mornings only. For routine ongoing treatments with pre-existing conditions. £58

Buteyko Breathing Training 1hr ONLINE - £55.00

A Course of four treatments at weekly intervals is recommended for the best success. Daily breathing practice is required to retrain the breathing. More details at breathewithease.co.uk ONLINE ONLY
